Overview

This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions for refunds on BetterU.directory ("the Directory") sponsorship payments.

Sponsorship Refunds

1. Refund Period: The refund period depends on your sponsorship duration:
   • Monthly sponsorships: 5 days after activation
   • Multi-month sponsorships (2+ months): 14 days after activation
2. Non-Refundable Situations: Refunds will not be issued if:
   • The applicable refund period has expired
   • The sponsored project violates our Terms of Service
   • The sponsorship was terminated due to policy violations

Refund Process

To request a refund:

1. Contact us at hello@betteru.directory
2. Include your sponsorship details and reason for the refund
3. Allow up to 5-7 business days for processing

Please note that refund processing times may vary depending on our payment processor, Gumroad. Once approved, refunds will be processed through the same payment method used for the original purchase.
