  1. Curation: Projects listed in the Directory are selected and curated by the Directory team to ensure quality and relevance. The inclusion of projects is at the sole discretion of the Directory team.
  2. Submission: Users may submit their projects for consideration using the provided form on the Directory website.
    • Submitted projects must align with the Directory's focus on self-improvement and fall under one of the existing categories.
    • The Directory team reserves the right to reject any submission that does not meet its standards or guidelines.
    • All submitted projects undergo a validation period of up to 7 business days during which the Directory team reviews the submission for quality, accuracy, and compliance with guidelines.
    • During the validation period, projects may be tested for functionality and verified for authenticity.
    • The Directory team may request additional information or clarification during the validation process.
  3. Ownership: Users submitting projects affirm that they own or have the necessary rights to submit the project.

Sponsorship

  1. Sponsorship Options: Users may sponsor their projects for enhanced visibility in the Directory. Sponsorship benefits may include but are not limited to:
    • Special placement at the top of relevant category lists.
    • A distinctive badge or label identifying the project as sponsored.
    • Other promotional features as determined by the Directory team.
  2. Fees: Sponsorship fees and terms will be outlined on the Directory website or communicated directly to Sponsors.
  3. Transparency: Sponsored projects will be clearly marked as such to maintain transparency for Directory Users.
  4. Termination: The Directory reserves the right to remove sponsorship benefits if the sponsored project violates these Terms and Conditions or any applicable laws.

Changes to Sponsorship Options

  1. Updates to Options: The Directory reserves the right to modify, add, or remove sponsorship options and perks at any time.
  2. Active Purchases: Any sponsorship benefits purchased will remain active for their full duration:
    • Changes to sponsorship options will not affect active purchases until their renewal date
    • Sponsors will retain all benefits they originally purchased for the duration of their active sponsorship period
    • Upon renewal, sponsors will need to select from the current available options
  3. Notification: The Directory will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes to sponsorship options before they take effect.

User Conduct

  1. Users must use the Directory in a lawful manner and respect the rights of others.
  2. Users may not:
    • Submit false or misleading information.
    • Infringe on the intellectual property or other rights of third parties.
    • Attempt to disrupt or harm the Directory's functionality.

Payment Processing

  1. Payment Service: The Directory uses Gumroad as our payment processor for all sponsorship transactions:
    • All payments are processed securely through Gumroad's platform
    • Your payment information is handled directly by Gumroad and is not stored by the Directory
    • Gumroad's terms of service and privacy policy apply to payment transactions
  2. Payment Methods: Gumroad accepts various payment methods including:
    • Major credit and debit cards
    • PayPal (where available)
    • Other payment methods as supported by Gumroad in your region
  3. Transaction Security: All payment transactions are encrypted and processed according to industry security standards.
  4. Billing Support: For payment-related issues or questions, you may need to contact Gumroad's support in addition to the Directory team.

Project Claims

  1. Ownership Claims: If you are the owner or authorized representative of a project listed in the Directory and wish to claim it:

    • Include relevant documentation or credentials that verify your relationship to the project.
    • Provide your preferred contact information for verification purposes.
  2. Verification Process: The Directory team will review your claim and may request additional information to verify your ownership or authority.
  3. Project Management: Once verified, you may request updates to the project's information or its removal from the Directory.
